Charlie was an avid sports fan, always cheering for his New York Rangers and Toronto Blue Jays.
Charlie believed that he could use his passion for sport to help shape and sculpt the character of today’s youth.

She was born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia and came to Citrus Springs 14 years ago from Detroit, Mich. Rachoza was a retired waitress; member of the Citrus Springs Country Club; Catholic Womens League. Rachoza of Citrus Springs; son, Victor Dale Rachoza of Spring Hill, Tenn.; two daughters, Marie (Kenneth) Resnick of Hicksville, N.Y., and Sherine (Al) Mc Donald of Belle River, Ontario Canada; stepdaughter, Wanda (John) Peck of Orlando; brother, Sandy O'Handley of Ottawa, Ontario; four sisters, Ella Mac Gillivary, Frances Thompson and Lilly O'Handley, all of Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, and Goldie Pynn of Montreal, Quebec; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Even though strapped with coronary heart disease and cancer, he made everyday count.
